What We Don't Allow
Harassment & Bullying
Any form of harassment, bullying, stalking, or intimidation is strictly prohibited. This includes targeted attacks, threats, doxxing, or persistent unwanted contact.
Hate Speech & Discrimination
We have zero tolerance for hate speech, discrimination, or content that promotes violence or hatred based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
Sexual Content Involving Minors
Any sexual content involving or appearing to involve minors is absolutely forbidden and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to authorities.
Non-Consensual Content
Sharing intimate images or videos without consent, revenge porn, or any non-consensual sexual content is prohibited.
Violence & Self-Harm
Content that glorifies, promotes, or encourages violence, self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders is not allowed. If you're struggling, please reach out for help.
Spam & Scams
Spam, phishing attempts, scams, or misleading content designed to deceive users is prohibited.
Illegal Activities
Content promoting or facilitating illegal activities, including drug sales, human trafficking, or other criminal behavior is strictly forbidden.
Content Guidelines
Age-Appropriate Content
Users must be 13 or older to use NIGHTHAVEN. Content should be appropriate for a diverse audience that includes minors.
- Artistic nudity and tasteful adult content is allowed with proper age restrictions
- Explicit sexual content must be marked as 18+ and follow platform guidelines
- Graphic violence or disturbing content must include content warnings
Intellectual Property
Respect copyright and intellectual property rights. Only share content you have the right to share, and give credit to original creators.
Authentic Representation
Don't impersonate others or create fake accounts. Be honest about who you are and what you represent.
Live Streaming Guidelines
Live streaming comes with additional responsibilities:
- Ensure all participants in your stream have consented to being broadcast
- Follow all content guidelines in real-time
- Don't stream illegal activities or dangerous behavior
- Respect viewer boundaries and maintain a safe environment
- Age-restricted content must be properly labeled and verified
Reporting & Enforcement
How to Report
If you see content or behavior that violates these guidelines, please report it immediately. You can report content directly through the platform or contact our safety team at safety@nighthaven.com.
Consequences
Violations of these guidelines may result in:
- Content removal
- Temporary account suspension
- Permanent account termination
- Reporting to law enforcement (for illegal activities)
Appeals
If you believe your content was removed or your account was suspended in error, you can appeal the decision by contacting appeals@nighthaven.com.
