By posting on NIGHTHAVEN, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and process your content solely for operating and improving the platform.

7. Payments & Subscriptions

You agree that:
- •All payments are processed through secure third-party providers
- •Fees are clearly disclosed before purchase
- •Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled
- •Refunds are subject to platform policies and applicable law

8. Earnings & Payments
Important Notice
NIGHTHAVEN is a marketplace platform. All creator earnings come directly from user purchases and support.
8.1 Platform Status
- •NIGHTHAVEN operates as a community marketplace, not an employer
- •Users are independent participants, not employees or contractors
- •No employment relationship is created through platform use
8.2 Earnings Policy
- •Earnings are not guaranteed and depend entirely on user engagement and voluntary support
- •NIGHTHAVEN does not pay creators out of pocket or advance funds
- •All creator earnings come from user purchases (gems, gifts, wallpapers, content, LIVE support)
- •If no purchases are made, no earnings are generated
- •NIGHTHAVEN is not responsible for a creator's financial success or failure
8.3 Payout Terms
- •Payouts are limited to available balances earned through user purchases
- •Earnings are held for 7-14 days to prevent fraud, handle refunds, and manage chargebacks
- •Minimum payout threshold of $50 must be reached before withdrawal
- •Platform fees (typically 50%) are automatically deducted from all transactions
- •Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory before payouts can be processed
8.4 Platform Rights
NIGHTHAVEN reserves the right to:
- •Pause or revoke monetization access for policy violations
- •Withhold payouts for suspicious activity or guideline violations
- •Remove fraudulent earnings from accounts
- •Terminate accounts involved in abuse, scams, or fraud
- •Modify fee structures with reasonable notice
8.5 Prohibited Activities
The following activities result in immediate forfeiture of earnings and account termination:
- ✕Fake gifting or self-gifting through alternate accounts
- ✕Money laundering or fund manipulation
- ✕Chargeback abuse or payment fraud
- ✕Misleading users or pressuring them into purchases
8.6 Tax Responsibility
- •Creators are solely responsible for their own tax obligations
- •NIGHTHAVEN does not provide tax advice or guidance
- •Required tax forms may be issued where legally mandated

9. Account Suspension & Termination
NIGHTHAVEN reserves the right to:

- •Suspend or terminate accounts for violations

You may delete your account at any time via settings.
10. Safety & Reporting
Users are encouraged to report:

- •Abuse
